Highlights

Defined the ICT target architecture for Connections (ERP, CRM, booking platforms) and introduced API-first governance, while overseeing multimillion-euro budgets and vendor management.
Interim CIO
At Randstad Belgium, managed large teams and guided a global transformation (Tech & Touch, SAFe rollout, GDPR compliance, cloud migration).
Entrepreneurship
Founded and scaled Bespoke (Cronos Group) into a 15-person consultancy, delivering roadmaps and architectures for clients including Sonepar, TVH, Febelco, and Brussels Airport.
